TomTom Speedcams from SCDB (World)

Hello!
Do speed cameras 2023.10.12 fit my TomTom Essential? My trial has expired and when I'm driving on the highway my TomTom doesn't warn me that I'm speeding, and now it doesn't even show the speed bar down the middle of the screen. And if they fit my TT, how do I install them?
