Live chat in this site
Dears,
Yesterday, when I entered in this site I saw a live chat window in the right down corner asking if I was needing some help. It was someone called Lisa ....? Yes I do, I responded to her, and she asked me my phone number, my device version and serial number. I gave her these numbers and she said ok I'm going to contact a technician. Till now she disapperared. I'm feeling cheated, isnt it? What can you say me about this? What for she asked me these numbers? I think she never comes back.
Sincerly

Do not contact these people as they are scammers and nothing to do with this forum!
They're also active on TT's own user forum so beware!

Unfortunately I missed that, but yesterday there was another very nice Microsoft employee who solved all the problems with my computer, he could see that from a distance, for free.
Only now I have another problem, my debit card no longer works, I'll just wait for someone from the bank to call me

What's the connection between the free Microsoft assistance and your debit card? Or were you that dumb to give him your card's details?

Read my comment once more, but than with a BIG smile
They regularly call people who still have a landline at home, they are usually older, they never call my smartphone.
Sometimes I ask if they want to be patient because my ZX-Spectrum 48K does not start that fast and I also have to find that cassette tape first, they usually hang up quickly.
But they are always extremely friendly, nice service from Microsoft

For those who are still interested, here is ZX-Spectrum for Windows.
I don't know if it works with Windows 10, but certainly with Windows 7

<indian accent>Hello, my name is Bob. I am calling about your Microsoft Windows.</indian accent> I get calls like that on my cellphone a lot. Sometimes it possible to drive them away for a while by stringing them along until they get pi$$ed off and hang up.
