I tried using this map. I ran FastActivate (updated meta first) and then Patch maps but it says the map is incomplete (.dct error). Sorry I am sure there is a simple solution to that issue but I am very new to this.

I've got the Android map pack you suggested but it doesn't contain Cspeech files? Where can I get them and are they not necessary?

Post correct understand , he takes a complete Maps with Key and take only any missing Files from a NB1 inside this Map Folder......

Ps: in any Days/maybe Weeks i try it on a Mazda of a Friend of mine....then i´ll give Info.......maybe @ Greatnloopy earlier

Does anyone know if we are supposed to have Cspeech files on our SD Card? It would appear that some map packs come with them while others do not. Thanks for any insight.

Also, Fastactivate does not appear to have a meta code for 950.6533 so I'm unable to test that at this point unless someone has a solution for me.

I removed the steps that involved modifying the ".tlv" file because the NB1 will just overwrite any changes you make so don't bother changing it.

I don't think 950.6553 is going to work because there is no meta code for FastActivate to create a license file (.dct) with, you can try using the meta file from 950.6492 which does have an available meta code, (100380.meta) to activate the map but it might not work. Having said that when I opened TomTom Home 2 with USA Canada 945.6256 maps on my NB1 memory card, it said I have the latest maps and only updated map shares/corrections. So since 945.6256 is working for me I'll stick with them until a meta code for 950.6553 is available or I figure something else out.

I have a quick question i hope someone can answer. I am going to try greatnloopy's instructions but was wondering what are the risks associated with using the patched Navcore? I understand that this gets written into the firmware of the NB1 so is there any risk of bricking, voided warranty, problems doing updates later on?
