Hi, thanx for the reply but it does not help me to the reason older speedcams work and the newer ones don't work properly?

I read somewhere that a lot of the speed cameras in the UK have been switched off due to budget cuts, so TomTom have now modified their databases accordingly so the files are smaller.
I don't know if that's true but it makes sense.

Maybe but the problem is with actual warnings with known camera location (at least mine was) isn't it?

Started from scratch ,fresh install > updated the Navcore, placed the speed camera into the map folder
and activated with FA
Same result old database works (known live mobile sites ) new does not detect the same sites , i have also ran in demo and driven past the sites
This is not about the fixed cameras that have been deactivated ,
Its just annoying and trying to get to the reason for this problem

Thats the reason most people prefer normal POI cams instead of these untrustworthy TTcams

If you are subscribing to mobile cams then you may have a problem. The ones I am aware of work fine. If you are not subscribing to them, certainly they download on Live units directly via SIM and not on the usual Tuesday/Thursday main downloads anymore. I currently have an issue of not receiving Premium Poland speed cams and just the normal ones, but I am getting notified when they are sitting on motorway bridges etc
The live temporary ones now go into /statdata as three files - cells.cam, fixed.cam and spec.cam
