    QuickGPSFix_v4.21 seems to be working OK for me, as does

    QuickGPSFix_v4.21 gives the correct date while the latter gives an incorrect date like 29/04/2103 !
    N.B. If you include the "t" missing from SiRFS(t)arIII (typo?) it still downloads a Zip or Rar file from TomTom. Whether or not the files are identical I cannot tell.

    (missing out iRFSarIII) will work.
    Seems like it only needs the S to know it is the SiRFStar chipset you want.
