Just in case its needed, how to downgrade from navcore 21.2 to 21.1?

Using TomTom Business Solutions.

I have a 5 or 6 units like this, all with corrupted software ( i hope it's only that). After starting the loading bar goes all way to the right until the last 2-3 milimeters. Then it sits there for like 30seconds and displays sd card with a sad face symbol

If i connect it to PC, my drive connect says Restoring your device but it restarts the same moment and i repeats the process again and again.

Is it possible to somehow reinstall the firmware on these? Thanks in advance

I don't know why my thread ended up here. I actually wanted to ask someone to move it to NAV5 forum (though i'm not sure if it's a nav5 device, but it has wifi option in menu)

decompress the downloaded and copy in a minimum microSD 16GB or 32GB if your device has the 2 Europe and Truck, with microSD inserted on the device snapped and having the option to update
in the download you have to raise the device you have, not another, example if it is Truck, you have to download the Truck package, these packages contain the navcore and the preactivated map, EYE will only work with the package that corresponds to the one you have, the I buy, with another package it will give you error.

we still do not know that this error produces, Navcore 21.2 or very possible MDC.
if you made backup, reinstall that backup and then if you want as indicated by Navcore new and new map, do not use MDC, maximum up to 21.1
