Potential problems with patching latest Navcore 21.2 and MDC

the process to install Navcore with TTB_ServiceupdateTool.jar.
the device A of being in recovery mode (black screen 3 Rapido clik) remains Tomtom logo, do NOT connect MDC.
then use TTB_ServiceUpdateTool.jar, the progress bar may be 66%, it will restart to finish the process until you see what it is working.
check in about, the Navcore that has been installed.

hello again, i've tried recovering the device via microsd card but it doesn't seem to work. Nothing is happening when i put in the card. I know it detects it because when i press power button for a long time it shows various info and sd card capacity but nothing more than that. The package I've downloaded has folder "ttt", inside of which there is a folder "mdm" and inside of the mdm folder there's a bunch of .ttpkg files and folders, i've tried copying on card with and without those ttt and mdm folders but still nothing... I've tried that recovery mode when you have to press power button 3 times but either i can't or it doesn't work, the device just restarts after third press

it must only extract the downloaded;
boot, ttt, rescue.img, update-locations, update-locations.sig copy SD, then introduce on a device.
all .ttpkg and more files are installed in the update.
look at the official instructions, Wi -Fi or SD, read the instructions, i understand that your device must read update by SD.

Thanks for the reply, though i don't think i have files like you said. Here's what i have in the downloaded 16gb package. I tried to look for rescue.img for example but it looks like it's not here.

It's ZJ. It's 16GB version EU truck. Here's the specification:

when you extract the downloaded tablet, it's ttt folder, (don't open this folder anymore) ttt folder you copy it to microsd and it doesn't work for you???

i have seen in the photo above that it seems that the Europe and Truck package has downloaded.
i have said several times that it will only install the model you bought.
look at the photo, download how it is in the photo, decompress .Zip, you will find a folder, ttt, the copy to MicroSD and follow the steps above.
the reason requested by SD 16GB, for map, Europe or Truck, weighs more than 8GB.
the reason requested by SD 32GB, for map, Europe and Truck, weighs more than 16GB.
