The v1 version :
The v2 version :
The v2b version :
These references are :
- V1 : 4v00.000 or 9v00.050
- V2 : 4v00.010.2 or 2V00.004.2

V1 and V2 shall be absolutely avoided, they are not working very well. V2b offers a very poor service. If you want to buy a RDS-TMC antenna, forget these 3 versions !
2. The jack version (v3):
The first TT version which could be recommended. One of the fastest working version. Note that there are 2 versions available depending on your location :
- 4V00.013 or 2V00.006 which is the Europe-Australia version working on FM band.

4. The combined car charger with traffic receiver :
The latest available version, also slower than the jack version but with no more cables in your car ! From my knowledge, there is two available version at this time :
- 9UUC.002.00 (part number on box is 9UUC.002.00 and part number on item is 4UUC.001.01) which is the part number sold in Europe-Australia.
- 9UUC.052.02 which is the part number sold in North America.
No clear information if they are the same. Note that if you contact the European TomTom support, they answered that these 2 parts are different and are only working on the continent where they are sold. But it could be a seller information in order to sell you more... And if you contact the North American support of TomTom, they will tell you that 9UUC.052.02 is compatible on all continents, Europe and North America... So we have to wait for further information from users !!!
Due to the USB connection, this device is able to work with all TT device but you will need to use the Navcore v9 to allow this receiver to work ! So if you are still working with v8 Navcores, you shall select another device or update your TT to the v9 !

You have 2 versions :
FM9TT-Y DIN ISO RDS/TMC Receiver & FM9TT-Y FAKRA RDS/TMC Receiver
They can be used on your GO 910 if you have such connector :
Attachment 7967
From my knowledge, it works with :
ONE v3
ONE XL
GO 510/710/910
GO 520/720/920
GO 530/630/730/930

Re: TomTom RDS-TMC antennas
Thanks, polotdi, for a superb informative thread. Just to add for further information purposes that I agree after testing with my 920T that the best antenna with regards to performance in my part of the UK has to be your list no.2 the jack version v3, part number on item = 4V00.013 - part numbers on box Art. no. = 9V00.017 and Part no. = 5V00.108.3. Greater sensitivity and the fastest one to synchronise. One strange anomaly that I've discovered when testing this version is that for some unknown reason even although my device is fully charged it finds a signal a lot faster when the device is powered by the car charger compared to when its not being powered up. After reading your thread I took the plunge this week and spent some hard earned cash on your list no.4 the combined charger and receiver. Exactly as stated by you, it is less sensitive and a great deal slower to synchronize but has the distinct advantage of less cables to play about with and no fumbling about with rubber suckers on the windscreen. For the benefit of this thread I can confirm with regards to the European version part numbers that there are a couple of versions available i.e. a micro usb version and a mini usb version depending on what connection your device uses. This can be confirmed by browsing the usual online market places and retailers. I assume that mine is the current latest V2 version which is described on the box as the Tomtom Drive Easy Traffic Receiver. This version comes with a mini usb connection on the lead but also includes a micro usb adapter in the box thereby covering most of the models available. To the layman this can be very confusing when searching for this product as without prior knowledge you could end up without the latest version. I've discovered that several high street retailers are still selling/stocking the older versions and selling them at a dearer price than the cheap price which can be obtained if you know where to look for the new latest version. Furthermore, some online retailers do not state whether they include a micro usb adapter with their new versions so buyer beware! Anyway, for clarification purposes the part numbers for the current latest european version with micro usb adapter are as follows. Part number on the item = 4UUC.001.01.02 and on the box Art no. = 9UUC.002.00.2 and Part no. = 5UUC.002.00.4. Hope this is of help and doesn't cause any confusion.
