Let's just clarify a couple of things.
1. Check here and and confirm exactly which device you have.
2a. If you can access the memory then confirm exactly which navcore/application you're running as shown in your ttgo.bif file in the root of the memory.
2b. If you cannot access this because your device is shown as a NAV3 or NAV4 devices (after checking (see 1 above) then there is nothing that can be done other than connect through MyDrive Connect & buy maps directbiggerdave Reviewed by biggerdave on .
