Thank you, I've read everithing. I have a navkit version 184.108.40.206, last official map mounting map version 995.8490, the same map is available for tomtom 510 and 5000. There are no more official updates in the website of the car brand, so I would buy a new map in the official store and try if it works with my tomtom navkit infotainment, but I should know the right version that is the same for 510 and 5000.

With 15.xxx you must buy the maps from TomTom, if no Lifetime-service aviable. If TomTom doesn't offers a map for your device (EOL), you will have a nice nostalgic paperweight...

Tomtom updates for free the map once a year, I would like to try some other maps to see if it works. the same map version is used by the 510, 5000 and 6000... Maybe I could also try maps from other car vendors

Let's just clarify a couple of things.
1. Check here
2a. If you can access the memory then confirm exactly which navcore/application you're running as shown in your ttgo.bif file in the root of the memory.
2b. If you cannot access this because your device is shown as a NAV3 or NAV4 devices (after checking (see 1 above) then there is nothing that can be done other than connect through MyDrive ConnectPlease do not just post "thanks" but use the "thanks" button bottom/right or the reputation star "*" bottom/leftS i m p l e s

@loskettiko: Which part of "With 15.xxx you must buy the maps from TomTom, if no Lifetime-service aviable" you can't understand? This "One year after buy" isn't a Lifetime-service. You can't use a map from here or from another "NC from 10 and above"-device. Connect your device with MyDrive and look what will happen. If you can get a map for free or if you can buy a map, do it. Otherwise - see #4...

Thanks, my serial number is MGNEEMF..., while mgn is the name of the device of car infotainment. Unfortunatly this serial isn't present in the link of biggerdave, I think the only way to update it is to wait the official map release for the car... thank you anyway

Or maybe MGNE stands for MGN Europe, so I would have an EM serial and via 52 device. Where do I find via 52 map? It will be my last tryout...

Your Map is a Nav4 Map, No! Chance to use Maps from here or other boards.
