Default Can not find this screen in Tomtom menu

Does anyone know how I can get to this screen:

I have had my hands on a couple of Tomtoms (One 2nd ed, One 3rd ed, One 30Series, One IQ, XL 30Series, XXL Classic) with various navcores, some patched originals and some SE/TZ pre-patched, but I cannot find this screen no matter what icon I tap or which setting I change.
Is there something very obvious I'm missing?

Is that a newer NAV3 or NAV4 device cos that maybe why it's not on our older/crackable NAV2's? Does it connect via TTHome (NAV2) or via MyDrive (NAV3/4)?

No, the picture is from an ad for a 2nd hand TT XL (or XXL, I forgot) which is a NAV2 device as you know.
I have seen several NAV2 devices with this screen on it while browsing ebay, which made me curious.

In that case let's see if others have seen this screen before

TomTom XL model 4ET03 Canada310 displays this screen immediately after startup.
    Serial nr starts with GJ10
    Navcore original 9.510 (patched)
When using a SE or DSA navcore you won't find it.

I have an XL right here with a 9.540 navcore.... going to put an original 9.510 NC on it and I'll report back.

It's from Navcore 9.500 Original I thought for the Urban Rider but also used on the elder Rider and the Rider v2 like mine.

Well....I tried to put NC 9.510 on it and I think I'm pretty much done experimenting on this XL. Somehow the touchscreen calibration is way off now, so I can't tap the YES-button to connect to the PC now. So no way to restore a backup, as it won't connect to the PC without tapping "YES".

    Any suggestions?

Try to tap on any place on the screen, if it's only the calibration you must get at least a reaction.

Read Orni's manual how to calibrate

On startup - where you have to select a language - if I try to select the bottom one (English UK) it registers on the top of the screen (Afrikaans).
Because the calibration is this far off, I cannot connect my TT XL to the PC to upload a cal.txt file or anything else for that matter, simply because I can't tap the YES-button when asked to connect TT to PC.

I've basically created an XL brick I guess...

These are the values for the touchscreen now:
