The normal and TTS voices are there but no sound.

Hello,
TT XL IQ 2GB (64MB) NC 9.071.

I have an NC 9.401 that has proven itself and that works very well on a second TT XL 30 and a GO 720. I try to update this TomTom (TT XL IQ 2GB) with this NC 9.401, unfortunately, I do not have the sound of the voice. The normal voices and TTS appear in the menu (change voice) and when I tap to test, there is no sound.


Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I'll really appreciate yr help.

BTW, when I REinstall the original version (9.071) the voices and sound are there... WEIRD
