Until recently I could get Ephemeris.cab from an URL. It seems like the URL is no longer valid. Does someone know how/where to get Ephemeris.cab?

See type of chip on your black screen
GL (Global Locate)
Replace the xxxxxxxxxx with DeviceUniqueID = of your device, without the center space.
Another way to get the files
This tool contains an "exe" for each type of chip, use the one that corresponds to you, you must create an "ephem" folder with the updated files, the copies to the root of your gps, overwriting the one you already have.
Note: Remember that devices with sirf 2 do not use quickgpsfix.

There is nothing wrong with Orni's Actualizar_quickgpsfix.rar file but your WinRAR must be version 2.9 or higher

Sounds like just another "false positive" which we often hear about with F/A & other tools too.
Just ignore it or turn off your AV whilst running this; trust us, this and most of our tools have been around for many years and have never had an actual virus or malware etc in them
Please do not just post "thanks" but use the "thanks" button bottom/right or the reputation star "*" bottom/leftS i m p l e s
