Continuing on from our request for further sponsorship/donations here
[Login or Register to remove this advertisement]
Could all and any of you with current and future subscriptions please pm carlmai with the following detail:-
Your device model, map(s), duration of your subscription(s) and if you are buying them with your own money or using our sponsorship money
An example would be:- One XL, UK, valid to 21-Sep-17, paid for by me (or reimbursed from donations through carlmai or other sponsors) etc etc
Now is a particularly good time to review what we have as there's currently a generous 30% discount code for maps here:-
PS Please don't post your details here as even dummys like TT can easily work out who's buying/sharing map info like metas etcbiggerdave Reviewed by biggerdave on . Map register? 4 days and NO DETAILS WHATSOEVER given to carlmai by ANY of our map owners/subscribers/buyers?
Come on guys; how else can we keep getting the right maps with minimal duplication if you're keeping things to yourselves? As I say, this will be kept confidential and will be used solely to forward-plan map purchases/sponsorship/donations distribution etc.
Without knowing what we already have (and for how long) we may as well just buy any map/subscription we like the idea of without being aware that YOU already have an ongoing subscription for it or no-one actually wants or needs it anyway!
This is OUR forum so how about helping us and each other to maintain the best possible set of map subs?
I know there are other forums like ours so if you want to "spread the word" around as to what we're trying to do elsewhere then please do so.Please do not just post "thanks" but use the "thanks" button bottom/right or the reputation star "*" bottom/leftS i m p l e s

Sadly carlmai's not getting much response from YOU, the map buyers which WILL BE KEPT ENTIRELY PRIVATE!
Please remember that unless we know what maps we have available, and for how long, we can't plan ahead to stock up on further subscriptions before TT "end-of-life" the rest of our NAV2 devices which I personally think is still only a matter of months away.
If you have ANY current map subs whether it's from your own money or from our sponsors or you know of someone else who gives you their meta(s) to share, we really do need to know.
Even those generous enough to use their own money to buy maps & then share their metas here need to at least notify carlmai which device/map(s)/duration you have so we don't duplicate map purchases.
There are clearly some very generous people out there who regularly share their one or 2 metas with us but we can't second-guess how long their subs are for.
So come on folks, please help us help you. Please do not just post "thanks" but use the "thanks" button bottom/right or the reputation star "*" bottom/leftS i m p l e s

Just a polite bump to this request for those who haven't yet responded (and to those newer map purchasers/subscribers who may have missed this thread).
We know that that many of our map subscriptions are ending soon and also that many of the older devices with smaller memories are now no longer supported anyway & therefore totally dependent on those subs/metas we do still have so it wont be very long before we're totally out of these NAV2 map subscriptions.
It really would be useful if we had as many details as possible (in strict confidence) to enable us to plan ahead for the on-going and continued support of the NAV2 devices after current map subs have finished and even after TT stop support for the last of these devices.S i m p l e s
