Hi, i have tomtom home installed on computer with a tomtom device associated, now i want to connect a different device but it says i could only have one associated, what can we do to solve this? The Tomtom is rebboting and this way i cant see information of the gps to see what navcore it uses to download maps... Thanks

This is normal as they will only allow one device to be associated to one email address...so you'll have to create a new account for the other device.

Being as there is no activation to do with a new account, just make up any dummy email address to create the new account and off you go.
