I have tried to install maps on a tomtom go 740 live and it shows there are not any maps installed.
After deleting all files i install the navocore from tomtom home by updating.
Then extracted the map on the internal memory as well as the Fastactivate recent version.Run fastactivate and followed instructions.
Still tomtom doesnt work.

Which navcore do you use and which map?

1 did you patch the navcore ? ( option 3 )
You could try one of the prepatched navcores from our forum .

2 is the .DCT present in the map ?
If not , the map is not activated .

Better is first to know which navcore TS used......NOT any navcore can run ALL maps.

move map to external
patch navcore or use a prepatched navcore
activate map ( check if .DCT is present )

its the first tomtom I am trying to install maps on.So not an expert
