Some TomTom Home's will not show lifetime map updates

Thanks for the replies. Logging off and on plus the original .dct did not fix it. But the Maverick's statement has encourage me to pursue this farther.

I did notice the machine that works correctly identifies my TomTom as an XXL and the one that fails thinks it is a TomTom One.

I have a lifetime map update on an XXL 550. Only the original Windows XP machine that I put the activation code in TomTom Home shows me the new map update. MapShare and SafetyCams update fine on all. When I put in the activation code in the other machines, it said was already used. How do I enable all of my Windows XP machines to update lifetime maps? Do I lose the lifetime update when the old machine fails? Rating: 5
