That's the problem with all these new models not using the FAT32 anymore, totaly unable to modify.
Below is a list of these models using navcore v10/v11/v12 which cannot be cracked:
GO 800/1000/2000 series
Via series
PRO 7100/7100 TRUCK
PRO 7150/7150 TRUCK
PRO 9100
PRO 9150/9150 TRUCK
Start 20/25/40/45/50/60 Series
Blue & Me TomTom 2 LIVE
Sony XNV
TomTom Connect

....plus all the new GO models like the 400/500/600/825/1005/5000/6000 etc so basically anything produced after Sep-2010 that connects via MyTomTom rather than TomTomHome

when it's going to be possible to modify ?
I tried to find a list of all tom tom models what allows to modify them, but without any luck. I have found only this site what gives me a list with their sizes etc.
I need a list of TomTom's because I want to buy a cheap one on ebay so later I can install truck map on it. I just don't know what tom tom's have 4GB size.

You can buy a GO7000 (the original Truck device), a GO920 or a GO930, they all have 4GB internal memory.
You can also buy a GO520, 530, 630, 720 or 730; for these models, you will need to buy also a 4GB SDHC memory card (Class 6 recommanded, but class 4 is OK too), to put the Truck map (or Navcore + Truck map) on it.
x40 or x50 may be used too.
I would recommand you a GO920 or GO930, they both have EPT (Enhanced Positionning Technology); this helps keeping the position when the satellite signal is lost while driving (ex: in tunnels)
You can download a good chart with specs of differents models on this site from this topic:

Just buy any cheap old version device with an SD slot, don't worries about the internal memory.
Read Biggerdave his comment just above yours, please.

I do not recommand using an old ONE or XL device (with SD card reader) to run Truck map with v9.701 navcore; a GO device is much suited.

Manifold what do you think if I solder SDHC card together with tomtom xl device ? it would be same ? and on tomtom wikipedia it says TT ONE XL can take only 'SD / MMC' but not SDHC is that true ?
guys, what do you think about garmin truck and any other brand ?

If you know how to to do, as far as I know there is only a tutorial for the one v3
But if you have that information I think it would be great for many other users.
