I am trying to download V990 UK & Ireland

When I click the download link I an taken to "Adf.ly" which then gives skip ad.

Click the "Skip Ad" I get to "Smoozed.com" which is looking for you to register.

Clearly I am missing something, can someone point me in the right direction.
