You are not telling us enough to help you.
Have you previously had Full screen Junction View working on this device
Where are you installing the map & JCV files ,on the device or SD card what directory Garmin/JCV/D2504320A.jcv ?Last edited by Garmin_Nuvi; 11th February 2023 at 04:05 AM.

Your pictures show some errors on your nuvi 765.
The Junction view folder is named IVC should be JCV
The map file is named gmapsupp it should be gmapprom when on the device.
The Basemap file gmapbmap is missing
The 3DMaps file gmap3d is missing
