Error uploading

I keep getting error when trying to upload the speed cam radar file. It is less than 4MB. I seems to have happened since the forum was changed, so Tues and Thurs not uploadable. As experiment, seems to only about 2KB only. More and it says File to Large

413 Request Entity Too Large

So a splitting into 2 parts (west_radar/east_radar) would also be not a solution?

Dont Worry about Split Guys .. Limit Increased to 10mb ZIP and RAR files ..
