My old start 20 is still going strong but when I updated on TomTom connect I lost my Roger Moore voice...

It is still showing on my account but there is no install/reinstall option. And the official help is at best..pathetic!

Any pointers on how to retrieve him? No emoji with an eyebrow raise....
