Unfortunately I have it
But as you could read before, It can not be recognised by TT software when plugged to my usb laptop with supplied cable. It only charges.

Which TT-software do you use?
For this device you must use MyDriveConnect.

My drive connect. I install it, and it gives instructions to connect cable and to turn on GPS. Everything is done, but device is not recognised. Instructions just continue to be there, no info that device is found.

I got the same problem with MyDriveConnect with my Go 820 Live.
Did you read what Orni suggested in post #2 of this thread?
Did you try to connect it with TTActivator to patch it?
My Go 820 Live is now running with a nav3 Camper map (1075).

Yes I read Orni's suggestion to read Manual for dummies. I did it, BUT as I said my TT device could not be recognised by my PC altough I have installed MDC.
Looks like usb cable problem or device problem .
