Fixed!
Had to turn off uac and re-boot and then change folder/file ownership, re-boot, give myself 'Full access', re-boot then Bob's your Gremlin fixed.
Googled 'turn off uac in windows 7' and 'change folder/file permissions in windows 7' - a pain but now I'm flying.
Thanks all.
Hamish Reviewed by Hamish on . TTHome trying to force a navcore update? For those who use TTHome and SE navcores you will probably find that TTHome keeps trying to force you to take the latest official navcore for your device. There are 2 ways of avoiding this. (see post 5 for alternative #3 too) 1. Fool the TT server into believing you already have the current TTHome installed To do this this you need to instal an older TTHome version that does not force navcore updates and trick it into thinking it's already the current version. Install a previous Rating: 5
