From which Source do you download the Navcore? Before activating Map, do you have restart your Device (with Drum rolls) to create a ttgo.bif? Look into your Device, thats create. If you have a nonpatched NC , go in TTA to Tools and patch it, then Update Meta, then Load Europe TRUCK 1110.11883 and activate the Map. Good luck
Edit: If you load it from TT Server, the Name GO 7000 will be correct, i think

I'm not sure where I downloaded the navcore from, maybe from another forum.
I've followed your instructions and downloaded the navcore from your link and the map from TTActivator.
Unfortunately the full map wont fit onto the internal drive. Its a 4gb map but I only have about 3.7gb left after the navcore etc has been loaded.
Can I edit the map and delete cspeech files for countries that I don't need or is there a better way to reduce the map size?

I would suggest using an <8gb microSD card as that way you can have any "normal" maps internally.

I've loaded the 11883 map onto a 16gb SD card but TT does not recognise the map.
Tried restarting then inserting card at "maps not found " prompt but no luck.
Is there a file I need to gererate to tell TT that the SD card is inserted?

Aah, just spotted the SD card size info. I guess it wont recognise anything larger than 8gb.
Amazon here I come.....

Your SD card needs a copy of your ttgo.bif file along with your map folder then you should be able to start your device with the SD in which will enable it to boot from the card

Success!
Many thanks to all for guiding me through this process.
I managed to download 11883 and its now running fine.
Strange thing is though, yesterday when I used Activator it came back with a message that it couldn't activate the map because it didn't have the Meta.
However, this morning it downloaded and activated fine.
Any pointers as to where I could download Camper POI's?
