How to Install a truck nav4 map

thanks to everybody involved with this. after a lot of questions asked ,i finally have a start 60 with full truck on .working wonderfully .
if i can add, to anybody having same problems as me .i presumed wrongly that magic sd card after patching had to be left in tomtom to receive files from install_all_ttpkg ,it can be left in but must be fully formatted back to default ,using nav4free.bat . and i found it then had to be formatted in windows ,before tomtom would use it as map storage. just in case someone is struggling like i was
