I have an old 64MB MMC card formatted FAT, do you think this will work ?
Will it do any harm to try it as I don't want to brick my GO920 as I use it when I tow my caravan ?artful Reviewed by artful on . Consequences of WNRO for GO x20, x30, 7000, x40, x50 and 9000 using a Navcore Truck 9.702 and known solutions TomTom has released for all these models an update of the last navcore in force before April 6, 2019. The version has increased from 9.510 to 9.541, to correct the bug of WNRO. On the other hand, no update of the navcore Truck 9.702 has been proposed by TomTom, so that the problems of the GPS using this navcore have not been solved. But fortunately, the saying "there are no problems, only solutions" is confirmed once more. Let's see what solutions have been found: A) The clock problem. Rating: 5

I tried a lot of SD and SDHC cards (see my post #10). When the card was not compatible, the flashing process did not run and nothing happened, neither positive nor negative. So I think that if your 64 MB SD card works with the flash tool, the firmware will be updated, otherwise nothing will happen.
P. S. You are talking about an MMC card. TomTom recognizes only SD(HC) cards.

Yes, succeeded.
I own a TT Go 730 and had een sd card of max 2GB.
I have made the firmware-update exactly as you wrote.
After the firmware update I put my 8Gb sd card into my TT Go 730 with navcore 9.702 and the latest Truckcard ( version 1.030). And Yes, I had immediately a gps-fix.
15 minutes later I turned my TT Go 730 on again, and I had again a fast gps-fix.
Question: Does this solution also works with the Tom Tom Go 7.000?Last edited by Hopus; 23rd August 2019 at 05:53 PM.

Yes, because the GO 7000 is a clone of the GO 930.

Another successful GSW3.2.5 update at here! Now my GO 730 finds satellites like in the old days, also after a warm boot.

Hi. Can you confirm that the Firmware update only fixes the satellite problem and not the clock problem. if that still exists it requires the clock solution to be added.
