Is it possible to create your own speedcam file for TomTom? TomTom data is hopelessly out of date and wildly inaccurate , as is SCDB.

I have my own database for my country (New Zealand) which I maintain my iGO device and share on the iGO section of the forum, but since my car now has built-in TomTom navigation I would like to convert that database to TomTom. I'm happy to share my data once converted.

If it makes a difference, I want to create a file for a NAV3 device

My data contains fixed, mobile, red light, average speed, bidirectional cameras and railway crossings. How does the device distinguish between them? The sample data provided by @Snecer does not have this problem as the cameras are all one type.
