Firstly please do not be surprised asking question about GO300, I love my go!

Can anyone kindly please help guiding me how I could get mobile speed camera alert on my TomTom GO300?
I have primum cam activated but only get alert for fixed, space and red light cameras not for mobile.
I know they work on live services but not sure how to fix this issue.
