Problems using TT Activator v 1.20. After I had to reinstall windows 11, no tom tom responds in the program anymore.
Previously, this worked perfectly.
What do I need to do to get this working again, I have already done all the necessary update for windows.
Would love to !!! your help

Complete noob regarding this sort of thing but, after reading through this thread I successfully updated an old 820 GO with a new map, wow this tool is amazing and so easy to use, even for a complete novice like myself, major KUDOS to the developers.

Just done as you suggested "biggerdave", and backed up my PC .

I have since updated my Rider which is used on my motorbike and an XXL that is used in the car, both running, SWEET.

I still have an old TomTom ONE that I tried to update as well but for some reason the map I am trying to install on to it "TTActivator" says that there isn't enough space available on the device.

To be fair I'm not really that bothered as its running an updated from stock map anyway, v1035.9676 to be precise so no worries there,
