Hi folks,

I'm trying to change the start up splash screen on my Rider v2 (App 9.500.1161701.2, OS 547200) but it doesn't want to work.
I created a new image using the splash screen creator here:-

and downloaded it to the root directory of my sd card (after deleting the old splash screen), making sure the file was called "splash.bmp". When I load up Tomtom Home and go to "Manage my device" the new splash screen shows up under start up images, but when I start the satnav it doesn't use the new splash screen & instead uses the default Tomtom one. I've checked the dimensions which are correct at 320 x 240, and if I copy the old splash screen back (which I originally downloaded from Tomtom years ago) then it is used on start up.

I've tried manually creating an image, and modifying my existing image by pasting the new one on top of it then saving it, but neither of these have worked.
Anyone know how to get a custome splash screen to work please?
