I uploaded the map of France by following the explanations, it remained within 2 days and then the map was deleted I could not understand that it was due to a move I made. Now I can not enter the device in any kind and I cannot use it

Try to do a reset, see if your device is fixed, if it does not, do a recovery.
Reset.
If the reset doesn't work, do a recovery...
the steps:
- Close MyDrive
- Place the PND in Recovery-mode (press on/off for at least 10-15 seconds, you will hear drums, the Tomtom will start and after that the screen will show as follows:
- next Press on/off button on the PND 3x as quick as you can
- the following image will appear on Tomtom
- After that the screen will turn as follows:
- now make sure MyDrive is closed(kill it if needed)
the following screen should appear:
