I notice in the instructions it say (for you widescreen devices):-
In the event that our screen is large (16: 9) we have to leave the calibG as calib file renaming, and deleting the file calibP
This step is very important because it is the base of the tool.

1. I think it would be correct to discuss calibration problem in appropriate thread - for ex...
2. Some time ago me and happened also tried to launch this app on several devices (XL, Go520 - seems), but couldn't make it work. We couldn't find out, what the reason for it not to work. Also, it'll be interesting if anyone reported about success using this app - on which TT-device and particular navcore it works...

TNX for yr support
As I wrote above, I tested calobG (because my XL 2 GB has same screen size as GO 720 which 19:9. Anyway I tried both calibG and calibP. Both not works.
So, I go back (restore) to the original 9.071... same probleme of calibartion .
Then, I copied/installed the NC 9.510 (Downunder) which have the same calibration tool. This time, the calibration tool works, got the cross, restart... the offset problem still there: when I press Q I get W, W give E etc.. O and P are correct.
Now I restore the 9.510 (TTHome) and try to set cal.txt as .
Max Y got it correct at the bottom, to hiogh at the top. So, I try playing with Min Y without success.
Any help be really appreciated
BTW, a friend of mine suggests that I clean up behind the screen, there may be some dust between the screen and the circuit board. What do you think?

I'm afraid when the touchscreen has a malfunction, calibration won't help you, only a new touchscreen maybe.
But I found another with more or less the same poblems which appear after an update
Mind you, you've to pay for the transport, but there are they deliver without an extra for transport.
I bought once there a screen for the old one of the first TomTom One.
The only thing you need is patience
