I don't know why your number has space, I'm going to generate 4 .dct for the map Europe 1040_9813:

In a moment I attach it in a rar

I have put each dct in a folder with the name of the ID that is activated, luck.

P.S: No spaces in the device-Nr, MGNEEMF590021000009030AD800000161 is the correct number, but only the last 3 digits 161 are needed to get the 1011 map from the suzuki download page. So the 161.dct could be correct. We will see...
