@ChefChef
Why you think is to bad. It's VERY good, and easy. You have car with probably lifetime support ( mean - it's independ from car-maker support, but you can just update new map, even via TomTom official shop, even with "cloning" yearly published SD Cards ) - The most of car-makers shutdown support after 10 years ( or little or more less!!! ) - but you will have possibility till end of use the car ...
More over - you car is NOT LINKED to country of initial sale - so you can put ANY map region to it!!!
More over - if you purchase a map update from TomTom ( you need just to put ANY 8Gb or more empty SD card in multimedia socket for a whyle to get fingerprint ( device ID ) from your TomTom Carminat Live for your card, then you can have a fresh maps in just they released ( every quarter of the year ) - so in fact update it any time when you wish - on day 1 and day 365 of your subscription... and CLONE IT to a FRIENDS and share the costs!!!
Just my point of view about!

P.S. - I can't post links, but ask me in private message about if you needed.debeliamark Reviewed by debeliamark on . 2011 Renault Laguna 3 Carminat Hello everyone, I am new here so sorry if the question is not in the correct sub-forum. I have a 2011 Renault Laguna 3 Coupe and when I bought the car the navigation was not working. The people I bought the car from said the SD card was damaged and when trying to plug it in my computer it indeed didn't do anything. Plugging it into the car only kept showing the hourglass but nothing else happened. Is there any possibility for me to just buy an empty SDHC card on Amazon and Rating: 5
