    As far as I know, are the go 620 and 6200 nav5 devices.
    Can you give us the first two digits of the serial number? I think ZE
    That is not the number you gave at the title.
    Look at the bottom of your device.

    Then it is definitely a Nav5 device and not nav4.
    @Simba, how does that work with a sdmagic card?

    for some reason I was confused or I thought it was nav4,
    confirm that it is nav5 and it has to be done in EDL mode.
