Connect your tomtom to pc as is it into your photo... into recovery mode , then double clikk into file: TTB_ServiceUpdateTool
so now search the file: 00000000-0411-0020-1020-af5e34dd0003_system-update.ttpkg then press to Install ...so wait for tomtom restarting and hope well !
