i downloaded it directly from the gps not from pc.if you have any idea on how to exctract it from the device is okay

Are there actual d/l links any more as all these newer devices download direct via MyDrive etc so maybe TT doesn't think they're needed?

It´s look like, you use My Drive Connect? Maybe you can take a look into "C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\TomTom\HOME3\cache" into File cache-status.xml , with a Editor. (Appdata is hidden in Windows, if you use it) Do you have Download the new Navcore, or will you wait for an Answer, its possible to patch it?
