A guide to patch Nav5 devices

I don't think the Camper map has truck attributes (which you would get on a truck map) as this is "just" for campers and your last pic does show the camper options as expected

Ah, OK, sorry I missed that but your last picture is showing "just" the Caravan options (as you'd expect from a Camper map but not necessarily from a truck map) so it seems it's getting mixed up between the Truck & Camper versions. Very strange indeed. Anyone else with any suggestions?
