The first thing to do is update your navcore (application), it will go from "19.201.0010.411" that you now have to "20.102.0003.411". Have no problem updating your gps with the official program.

I insert the sd card into the navigator. I go into recovery mode. The splash screen with the crossed out cable and computer appears. Then nothing happens.
