Patching failed on via 52.

    Default Patching failed on via 52.

    Hello everyone.

    Tried to patch a via 52. Updated navcore to 22.100.0002.311 on MDC. Now when unit starts it freezes after
    about 30 seconds. Tried removing patch and also a restore with MDC. Still the same.
    I did notice afterwards the navcore version has a number difference. Could this be the problem?

    Leave the meta codes for the maps you use in the meta.txt file and remove the rest.
    There will be no message patched failed.

    Thanks for the reply. Have tried this and the result is the same. The patching seems fine, then it
    tries to close with the 6 second countdown, then the unit locks up.

    Thanks for the reply. Tried to copy patch to a memory stick for transfer to another pc. Found the copy I had was 86gb so probably corrupted. Downloaded again and made new magic sd card and have
    successfully patched a via 52 with v22 navcore. Kept original map this time then added uk truck, booted up then removed old original map. All ok

    Did find this link on this website for v20 navcore. May be usefull.
