    Help Bricked rider 400

Hello, greetings to the gpsurl.com community,
I'm having an issue with my TomTom Rider 400 navigation device. While updating maps, the computer went into sleep mode. Upon restarting the navigation system, a message appears saying "No available maps."
When I connect it to the computer, the connection is established for a few seconds, and then it disappears, repeating in a loop. In the "Device Manager" under the "Network Cards" section, the TOM TOM entry appears and disappears.
Is there any option to potentially save the device using MAGIC SD, or is sending it to TOMTOM support the only solution? The device's warranty has expired, and I've noticed that the repair costs a whopping 105 euros :/
    Best regards,

    Bricked rider 400

either you do the system restore, or
    try the TTB_ServiceUpdated_Tool
    NAV4:
to install the application by yourself, put the tomtom in recovery mode (press and hold the power button until the black screen with white writing appears, then press the power button 3 times in a row and the tomtom will go into recovery), then open TTBS and search for the Navcore 22.1, and load it, Even if it only gets to 66% it's fine, then the tomtom will restart by itself.

    Link for Navcore:Version: 22.100.0002

After contacting support and reconnecting the device to the computer, the navigation system was detected correctly, and there was no more appearance and disappearance of "TOM TOM" in the device manager. Below is the content of the response from support:

"From your email, I understand that during the update of your TomTom Rider 400 device, the computer went into sleep mode, and the update is not possible – it appears and disappears.

The recent changes in our applications and related maintenance work have caused a delay in responding. We apologize for this delay and thank you for your patience.

Upon reviewing the details, I see that map updates are in progress on your device, and the device is stuck in a waiting state. Please leave the device connected to the computer with MyDrive Connect open to allow the update to either complete or fail. Completion or failure of the update may take up to 48-72 hours."

However, the situation is peculiar in that I didn't do anything additional, and after a few days, the connection between the navigation device and the computer started working correctly on its own.
Thank you, jungblume2005, for your response, and perhaps this thread will be useful to someone in the future.
