Hello, greetings to the gpsurl.com community,
I'm having an issue with my TomTom Rider 400 navigation device. While updating maps, the computer went into sleep mode. Upon restarting the navigation system, a message appears saying "No available maps."
When I connect it to the computer, the connection is established for a few seconds, and then it disappears, repeating in a loop. In the "Device Manager" under the "Network Cards" section, the TOM TOM entry appears and disappears.
Is there any option to potentially save the device using MAGIC SD, or is sending it to TOMTOM support the only solution? The device's warranty has expired, and I've noticed that the repair costs a whopping 105 euros :/
Best regards,

Bricked rider 400
