Hi, try to install the navcore using the TTServiceUpdateTool

I have a GO50(VH) that is on the screen that says TOMTOM.
Can't get into a black screen either.
There is no connection to the computer.
After inserting the "magic" card, the device is detected in the computer,but by Nav4Free.bat,I can't do anything.

What can I do with this?

Hello, did you solved your problem?
I have a go50 (VF) after uploaded navcore by MDC (uploaded to 22.100) I was installing europe map (by MDC), it restarted at half operation, and stall on tomtom logo black screen. I can hear drums. Then it stop in that screen.. pc do not recognise it.
With magic sd too.
I cannot enter in the black screen with white caracter information (pushing 3 times start button). Never..
But yesterday it was working fine..
How can I do?

i solved it, with SDMAGIC placed by device using the recovery option with Nav4free.bat of the patch.
but if in your case you can't enter black screen I don't see a solution.
try to claim Tomtom saying that MDC broke his device,
that the installation of a map did not end would take him to "There are no maps"
if TomTom Logo has been left in the Logo, it seems to indicate that the Navcore is restarted, I do not finish the installation, therefore if Navcore does not finish installation, then it cannot start as in your case.

What recovery option does?
I have a GO50 VH with 22.1 the I tempted to patch with the MSMT version prior to your and unpatched with your v2.0 mainly because TTS voice vanished after reboot.
The unpatch job ended with no problema but the TTS voice, once reinstalled by MDC does not survive to the reboot again.
I tried also ti reinstall the OS 22.1 with the Java routine for PRO that you mentioned but, again, It does not solved the TTS vanish problem.

Greeting! How can I use the sd card again after the magic card, because it is not possible to format it to FAT 32 because three drives appear on the laptop? The TomTom device does not format it citing an error!
