    Default Help: Tomtom GO or Tomtom Via

    When connecting my Tomtom devices to a computer using MyDrive Connect;
    Tomtom Via is the name of my Tomtom device.
    In searching for device information, we find the following information:
    - TOMTOM VIA
    - App 10.052.587989.32 . Software version
    When I connect it again with TTActivator, it gives me

    - NavCore 3. I Found in the forum Tomtom Via Navcor4
    On the black screen, we find the name of the device IS TomTom GO Model 53.
    I want a way to flash this device please help me.

    You can tell the actual model by the first two letters before the barcode sticker. The following website will diagnose those two letters.

    the Navcore: App 10.052.587989.32 is from 14.10.2010 , and is NAV3.
    to be able to patch the device with TTActivator the Navcore must be brought to the version: NC 12.075.3065980.84.

    the easiest way to update is with " TomTom MyDrive Connect ".
    there is still the possibility to install NAV3 TT package files "by yourself".

    but this is your own risk !!! no experiments !!!
    with the TTActivator under the point "Install TT package files" -> search the ".ttpkg"-file, and install on the Navi. afterwards the Navi Reset - with drum roll.
