Hello everybody. I have a problem with a tomtom go 50 which is as follows:
1- my pc does not recognize the gps
2 - no tomtom software recognizes the gps
3- when I turn on the device it is only in the tomtom logo but if you continue to press the power button it goes to a window with its data. (I leave a photo for you to see better)
Can anyone help me solve this mystery???
I'm very new to this gps update and wanted to see if I could get this one working.
