Hello. I have these problems and I encountered it every time I installed the program from the MSTMS team with the patch on several TomTom gps models. The first problem is that the guiding voice is no longer heard after the patch. To hear it you need a factory reset of the gps. After resetting to factory settings, it no longer enters the navigation program after touching the up arrow in the left corner of the screen. After several closures and openings, it enters the navigation program, but after closing it, it does not enter the navigation program again.
