I have installed Europe Camper 1070.10906 , which I believe is for na4 devices, on my nav 4 satnav and have exactly the same problem

I have installed the map, but when selecting “vehicle profile” does not appear camper, car with caravan. It appears Truck, Bus. etc. to choose from. Does this have anything to do with the patch?
