Hi, I got a Tomtom Start 25 stucks on the startup screen.

I’ve tried to reset it and could enter the black screen with device information. When I press the power button 3 times, it turns black and power off. It can not enter the recovery mode.

I tried Mydrive, TomTom Business Solution and tt10_uploader_recovery to connect the device but none of them works. All of them just could not find the device.

Is it the problem of the bootloader or the navcore? Could anybody help?

does it charges by cable?
did you try with TTActivator?
and btw, what windows you use?

Thank you for your reply. It can be charged. I have tried the original cable. Both TTActivator and Mydrive cannot find it.
I am using Win 10. Will a linux system find the device in such case?

Thank you for your advice. Do you mean that if the connection is working, TTActivator and Mydrive should be able to detect it even the device is in the booting process? It seems that the device cannot completing the booting process.
Anyway, I will try with different cables and different computers.

Hi, I have a similar issue but mine is stuck on recovery mode. Did you every fix your issue ?
