I am not sure if this Nav3 device software version is compatible with TTActivator. If it is not, then what should I do?
Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.

I think that the first thing you should do is verify the proper functioning of the connection cable between your gps device and your computer.
If still, you can't see your gps device in the "TTActivator" program, connect it to the "My Drive Connect" program, and update the device.
You have to put the navcore 12.075.3065980.74, to be able to connect without problems to the "TTActivator".
From here, you can already patch the navcore, and download the latest radars, targets, and maps.

    Greetings.

Sometimes using TTActivator on NAV 3 Devices it seems to not uninstall and reinstall things correctly
When this happens to me and there are errors I do this and it always comes good again. (Even if I've done some things before I do it all again in this order)

    1. Tools Tab > Update Meta
    2. Map Downloader Tab > Choose the Map you Require, UNTICK "Auto Extract" then "Download to Folder" to save it as a ttpkg file to your hard drive. Make sure the tools says "Good News a Meta is available for this map"
    3. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Delete Speed Cameras > Reboot Device
    4. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Delete Map Files from Internal Memory > Reboot Device
    5. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Uninstall Patch > Reboot Device
    6. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Install Patch (Choose Either one) > Reboot Device
    7. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Upload Meta to Device > Reboot Device
    8. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Install TT Package Files > Choose your Map File that you downloaded in Step 2 > Reboot Device
    9. NAV3/4 Tools Tab > Install TT Package Files > Choose any Speed Camera TTPG Files you want to add > Reboot Device

I always upload the Speedcam files separately to the Map File as I have had a couple of times where I tried to Add the Map and Speedcams at the same time and the speedcams didn't detect after the reboot.

Thank you Captain Haddock for your replies. The cable is working fine and the device is detected on MyDrive Connect + it is updated. The app is 12.075.3065980.74 already.
I updated the whole system (Windows 10) and drivers just to make sure everything is alright, and then restarted the computer to install everything. Still the device does not appear in TTActivator. The version I am using is TTActivator 1.20. Am I supposed to use another version?

I think it could be due to three reasons for not having been recognized by the "TTActivator":

    - From the "TTActivator" press the "Refresh" button. Verify that your gps device is recognized.

    - When you start the "TTActivator" program, you must be sure that the "My Drive Connect" program is closed and turned off, really. Because you can have it started "in the background" and that causes you interference. To do this, you must press the keys (Ctrl+Alt+Del) at the same time, look for the program "My Drive Connect" and with the right mouse button, close it.

    - You must be sure that the antivirus system of your computer (Windows Defender, or others) does not hinder the correct functioning of the "TTActivator" program.

    Greetings.

Thank you, Captain Haddock. I really appreciate your help. I did everything you suggested. I even uninstalled MyDrive Connect to make sure there is no interference between the two softwares. It seems to me as if this device is cursed. I have nothing else to do except trying all the above-mentioned suggestions on another computer.

All the above-mentioned instructions were tried on a different computer and the GPS device was detected normally. All the maps were installed successfully. Clearly something was wrong with the first computer which was preventing TTActivator from detecting the GPS device.
